The bill (Reg. No. 6711) amends clause 32 of the Law "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures", excluding the provision that obliged the producer to register the conformity declarations in the executive authority body. The bill also amends the Laws "On Conformity Validation" and "On Consumer Rights Protection."
By the subject of legal regulation, the bill refers to the sphere of technical norms and standards, which is governed by Decision No 768/2008/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 on a common framework for the marketing of products.
